I ordered a couple of things from govx.com, and my gut feeling was that everything looked straightforward at checkout. The total ended up matching exactly what I saw, with taxes and shipping laid out clearly enough.
My card was only charged once, and the receipt showed up quickly, which always makes me feel better about an order. No surprise fees or weird extra charges popped up afterward.

I’m giving it 4 stars because the pending charge took a little longer than I expected to clear, but it was still accurate. Overall, I’d trust ordering from them again.

I’ve ordered from GovX a few times now and, no real problems. The verification part was simple enough, and my orders showed up when they were supposed to, well, close enough that I didn’t have to worry. Not every deal is some huge discount, so I still check other sites before buying, but overall it feels legit and safe to use.

I ordered from GovX and figured it might take a week. Maybe longer. But it showed up in just a few days. The tracking worked fine too. The box was in good shape when it arrived. I was happy with it. No complaints here.

Had a small issue with it and reached out to support. Not totally sure what went wrong on my end, but they got back to me quickly and fixed it without much hassle.

GovX has some pretty good deals now and then, so I do like checking it out. But the app itself is kind of buggy, buggy. Pages take a while to load, and it randomly logged me out twice while I was just browsing. It’s still usable, but I really wish it was smoother and the filters were easier to use.

GovX is decent to use overall, though the site can feel kind of messy at times. Finding deals isn’t hard, or actually, it’s usually easy enough, but the filters and search don’t always work the way I expect them to. Some pages load a little slow here and there too. I still use it because there are good deals, I just wish the whole experience was a bit smoother and less confusing.

I had to send an order back to govx.com, and I figured the refund would take a while. Once they got the item back, though, it was processed within a few days, which was a nice surprise.

The only reason I’d go with 4 stars is because the email updates could’ve been a bit clearer. You kind of want to know exactly where things stand with a return, but the money came back quickly, so I can’t really complain.

The shipping cost was a little pricey, but I guess it was still within reason. I just think it’s fair when extra fees feel clear and justified, so I would’ve appreciated it feeling a bit more balanced.
